Gift Certificates Order Form

These Gift Certificates can be ordered through school (See PDF File above). Parents have the option of either having the certificates sent home with their child or picking them up after Saturday/Sunday Mass.
Sent home with child: Orders will be filled on Thursday morning and sent home with the oldest child.
Pickup after Mass: An envelope with you order will be waiting for you after Mass

Any orders received after Thursday will not be filled until the following Thursday.

Special Order Gift Certificates Form

Special Order Gift Certificates are available. (See PDF File above). Depending on the time of the year it may take up to two (2) weeks to get them in. Parents have the option of either having the certificates sent home with their child or picking them up after Saturday/Sunday Mass.
