Religious Education
St. Jude Elementary School
A complete Catholic education program is contained in the curriculum at the school, and taught on a daily basis. It is an objective of the school to “provide for the child’s spiritual growth by affording prayer opportunities, participation in the liturgy, the reception of the sacraments and an understanding of Catholic doctrine.”
Parish School of Religion (PSR)
This program provides religious education for students in grades 1-8 who do not attend a parochial school full-time. Classes are held on Sunday mornings starting at 9:30-10:45 a.m., beginning the Sunday after Labor Day and ending in May. PSR teaching opportunities and classroom assistants are available.
