Weather Cancellation Policy
It is that time of year again, so I want to make sure everyone is aware of the Parish policy on activity cancelations. Due to liability issues when school is closed for the day this means ALL activities are canceled on the Parish campus for the day. Please realize this is for everyone’s safety both the children and parents. It also takes any liability issues out of one individual hand’s. With this being said we ask if the weather becomes inclement after school hours please use good judgement for keeping meetings and practices that are scheduled for the safety of all adults and children. Also if the school is closed for bad weather the church and church office will also be closed. If Bingo is cancelled it will be announced on the local news stations usually Fox 19, channel 12 , 5 or 9
