Fr. Lambert Ulinzwenimana - Associate Pastor
The eldest of his family of seven children (four boys and three girls among two are twins) is diocesan priest from Gikongoro Diocese in Rwanda/ Central Africa. Blessed to grow up in a strong catholic family faith, he learned from his parents to learn in everything on Mary, Our Lady of Kibeho.
He had his formation toward the priesthood in three interdiocesan seminaries in Rwanda (Rutongo, Kabgayi and Nyakibanda). After his ordination at Cyanika Parish on July 12, 2003, he has served Gikongoro diocese in Mushubi Parish as a Parochial Vicar (2003-2004) and in Muganza Parish as Pastor (2004-2006). Since September 2006, he was assigned Diocesan Finance Officer, Parochial Vicar at the Cathedral Parish of Gikongoro, Diocesan Director of OPM (Pontifical Missions Societies). From 2008 to 2011 he studied at National University of Rwanda (UNR) in Business Administration (2008-2011). He was also a member of Pastoral Committee of the Shrine of Our Lady of Kibeho (since 2004-2011).
Fr. Lambert served as Parochial Vicar in the Winton Wyoming Pastoral region (St. Matthias, St. James of the Valley, and Our Lady of the Rosary parishes) from 2014-2020. Archbishop Dennis Schnurr of Cincinnati Archdiocese assigned Fr. Lambert to the Bridgetown Pastoral Region beginning July 1, 2020. He serves as Parochial Vicar of St. Jude the Apostle and St. Aloysius Gonzaga parishes.
