The Finance Commission is responsible for forecasting, keeping track of and reporting the financial status of the parish.

The Finance Commission helps the pastor in all major expenditure decisions. It is responsible for assisting in determining how the parish will distribute major funding, including building/grounds maintenance and improvements, school expenses, etc.

Although this organization is not responsible for finding ways to meet expenses, it does make recommendations to parish organizations (including Parish Council) on how to ensure fiscal stability. An example would be providing help to the Pastor and Parish Council on setting annual stewardship objectives.
 

Mission:

To provide timely, accurate and useful financial information to all St. Jude constituencies in order to support the Parish goals.

Quarterly Financial Reviews
Audits of Parish Organizations
